Pranay Rajgarhia is the founder of Solid Design Simple Solution (SDSS), a business process innovation and improvement company based in West Michigan. Rajgarhia possesses over 15 years of experience in executive leadership within government, information technology, manufacturing, international business, and pharmaceuticals. His expertise lies in process management, process innovation/improvement, software, business analysis and development, and start-up strategies.

Pranay founded SDSS to find simple solutions to complex processes. He focuses on maximizing client productivity by providing sustainable process and information flow improvements. Rajgarhia also specializes in short- and long-term business planning, strategy formulation, vendor alliance and resource management.

During the span of his career, Pranay has provided services to public and private sector clients, including the 20^th Circuit Court, 58^th District Court, Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office, Ottawa County Juvenile Court, Prosecuting Attorney, Jail, Detention, Kid At Heart Therapy, Pfizer and more. He prides himself on thoroughly evaluating a client’s environment and recommending solutions that assist organizations in improving their processes to achieve maximum efficiency with or without technology.

Prior to founding SDSS, Pranay spent time at Herman Miller as an analyst/developer. In this role, he designed supply chain integration, evaluated software development tools, and constructed the IT organization system architecture.

Due to his expertise in the business process innovation and improvement realm, Pranay has participated in the MiBiz Tech Roundtable, spoke at the 2006 International Conference on Mass Customization, and been acknowledged by author, Rogers Cadenhead in his book Teach Yourself Java 2 in 21 Days.

Pranay has a Masters in Computer Science from Central Michigan University and is involved locally with Holland Haworth Toastmasters.
